Mini-Game Contest 2025– Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 13 and over. Open to younger applicants that are submitted by a parent on their behalf.
No purchase necessary.

3. Submission Guidelines

Each participant may submit up to 5 Minigame ideas.
Game must be original, not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or existing game/titles.
This is an app that is rated E for everyone. Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate submissions will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen by the Sterling Turd Productions staff.
Criteria may include creativity, relevance to the game, and brand fit. Games involving the new element of balloons will be given preference.
The decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Games have already been created for the release. If any submissions are too close to ones that have already been created, they may not be considered as part of this contest.

5. Prize

The winner will be credited publicly by putting their name at the bottom of the game stating: Made by: [Your Name Here]. Your name does not need to be your given name but will not be allowed to contain any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
You will receive an official Schmeg the Egg tee shirt.
- If you win the contest a representative from Sterling Turd Productions will contact you via Email. The email will come from an address ending in @sterlingtp.com. If you do not respond to this email within 30 days after it has been sent to you, then you will not receive a shirt.
- We will not be able to ship to: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, The Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Antarctica, The Moon, Any other Celestial Body other than Earth, and anywhere else where prohibited.
No monetary compensation, royalties, or ownership rights are granted.

6. Intellectual Property

By entering, participants grant Sterling Turd Productions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the submitted game, even if you are not selected as a winner of the contest.
Submitted games become the property of Sterling Turd Productions and may be modified for marketing, game play, or legal reasons.

Any attempt to manipulate the contest or violate these terms may result in disqualification.

9. Changes & Cancellation

Sterling Turd Productions reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time.
We reserve the right to remove your name or your minigame from the application for any reason at any time. So do be nice and you will likely be fine.

10. Legal Stuff

This contest is governed by the laws of USA.
Void where prohibited.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as best to affect the intent of the parties.
Any controversy or claim arising out of relating to this Agreement, or the breach hereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute either party; A partner, joint venture or employee of the other party for any purpose. Or in simpler terms, you do not work for us because of this and we do not work for you.
